"The Coach" On the Kor cast part 3

I know that some of you might be tired of hearing about this, but I don't care. Tomorrow, "The Coach" will be on the Kor cast. This time it will not be a recording of him played on the Kor cast, but a whole Kor cast. One of the longest that we have done and played in it entirety (that is unless we have to cut it down). But I was exited to have Coach on. It was extra special for me to have heard about Coach's style on training. When he was telling Ryan about how to train, it looked like his brain was going to explode. It was fun to watch.

Which, as I type this, I am thinking about how much this echos how the Lord wants us to work smarter and not to kill ourselves. In fact, if we want to see real growth, we can not expect to go crazy hard all the time everyday. We are not built to do that, nor-does the Lord expect or want that of us. Real growth comes from a mixture of effort and resting, as well as testing yourself to see the evidence of growth.
